Who is responsible

What we collect
We do not run analytics, advertising tags or social media widgets, and we do not ask you to sign up. The site has no accounts and no forms that send data to us.
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting records technical details of each request (IP address, date and time, the page asked for, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
- Email. If you write to us, we use your address and message to reply, and keep the conversation for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Your browser. The cookie card and two tools can store small notes in your own browser. That data stays on your device; see the cookie policy.
Our lawful basis
Server logs are kept under our legitimate interest in running a secure site. Replies to email rely on the same interest, or on taking steps you have asked for. Optional browser storage relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
Who sees it
Only our hosting provider, which processes logs on our behalf. We do not sell or share personal data. Links to stores open their sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it.
